Better sleep for your baby without leaving them to cry alone…
If bedtime feels like a battle, or you're up multiple times a night wondering if this will ever change, I'm so glad you're here. Because it can. And I am going to help you get there with your very own roadmap.
Roadmap to Rest
Roadmap to Rest uses a parent-present sleep training approach. You stay by your child's side for one week and gradually step back as they learn to fall asleep confidently on their own.
What's included in Roadmap to Rest
This guide is for you if…
You have a 7-24 month old and are exhausted from multiple night wakings
You feel like you're late night googling or ChatGPT-ing sleep tips every night.
You want to teach independent sleep without cry it out (you understand your baby will cry, but a loving parent will be with them)
You've tried your own approaches and need a framework that works
You want to feel confident in every step, and you're ready to change your family's sleep in under 2 weeks
There is a space between waiting it out just hoping for things to get better and using the cry-it-out approach.
This is the middle ground you have been looking for.

I am so grateful that Jillian gave me the tools I needed to help my babe learn how to sleep - truly the best gift on planet earth!…Soooo grateful to Jillian and I cannot recommend her sleep coaching services enough!!!!

Jillian was a life saver for our family. I was so overwhelmed with all the information on social media, friends and family suggestions and what I felt as a parent, that I ended up being unable to try anything. Having one voice and one support system was extremely beneficial for me.

Jillian was amazing to work with in helping our son achieve better sleep. She is incredibly knowledgeable, friendly, professional, patient and compassionate. I highly recommend her to anyone needing guidance in helping their babies achieve better sleep.

The transition to parenthood for me was not as smooth as I hoped or expected. And so much of that was due to my lack of knowledge around sleep the first time around. I prepared myself for birth and breastfeeding, and I tried to educate myself as much as I could on the transition. But I was not prepared for our daughter to fight sleep with every ounce of her being.
Now as the mom of two kids, it is so clear how every child is different, and some may cry a bit more, experience the world more intensely, or may need a little more help and foundation to be able to sleep well. To this day, our daughter that we thought hated to sleep really just needed a strong foundation and structure around helping her sleep well.
And my daughter's struggles with sleep, led to me starting Snooze Baby Co. This guide is the exact approach I used for my daughter, as well as the approach I have used with the 400+ families I have coached 1-on-1. Every suggestion and tip comes from the heart of a mother who has been in your shoes before. You've got this, and I'm so honored to support your family.
You will feel equipped with knowledge and tools to help your child learn to fall asleep independently and get the rest your whole family needs to thrive, not just survive.
